This particular unit would boot the test cart and fail only the DMA test.
The capacitors were also bad, so the output was distorted too. The DMA failure looked really interesting on Super Mario World.
Replacing the CPU fixed the issue.
The DMA failure can show in combination with other failures in some cases. When showing with both VRAM Count and VRAM fail high/ low it can actually indicate a failure of PPU1. However, when showing on its own, the DMA failure indicates a bad CPU.
